D L Kusky Services is a certified Employment Network. We assist individuals with disabilities in job training, placement, career progression, and ongoing support services through Social Security's Ticket to Work program and State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies.

Services we offer

We provide a vast array of employment-related services depending on your goals. We have worked with individuals that have no high school diploma to those with multiple Masters degrees, with no work experience to a lifetime of experience. We will map out your short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals and the best path to get there. Along the way, we can assist in many areas including, but not limited to:

Placement

We can find the jobs for you. Using a job search process we’ve developed for over ten years, we screen out jobs and employers that aren't actively hiring and that aren't able to provide accommodations.

Benefits Counseling

Initial job placement is just one aspect of your career. We will help develop long-term goals, help you navigate Social Security, prevent overpayments, and teach you about how work will affect your benefits.

Training

We have developed a comprehensive training that will help prepare you for getting back to work. We tailor this to any level of professional experience to greater prepare you for your career. This training involves practice interview sessions, networking skills, and tips for the job search.

Materials

We can craft custom resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles to help get you through to hiring managers and cut through the white noise of the competition.

History

Since 2014, we have successfully placed hundreds of people in competitive employment. We are a boutique job development company, providing customized job readiness training, consulting, and employment. We have placed individuals in a vast array of careers spanning from front-line sales and customer service to industrial engineers and small business start-ups.
