I recommend D. L. Kusky Services to anyone who needs help finding employment.  He helped me gain stable employment as an order entry agent and we continue to work together to maintain a more gainful plan for the long run.  The following is just another reason why I recommend D. L. Kusky Services.  Here’s a little background, I am a visually impaired individual who had a desire to work remotely from home.  The mainstream in-office community seemed apprehensive in employing a “blind person.”  I was working temp jobs to make ends meet, with 1 to 2 hour commutes when I needed something different in my life.  My counselor from the Bureau for Services for Blind Persons (BSBP) found D. L. Kusky Services and forwarded the name on to me.  Dan Kusky had a plan for me to become an order entry agent for Intuitive Solutions-Pizza Hut.  Dan has guided me and assisted with setting up proper equipment for success working remotely.  This position gave me the flexibility to select my own hours.  To supplement the order entry job I am also actively involved in mystery shopping via phone and in store to evaluate various companies for product quality and satisfactory customer service.  I now have a steady income that could not be achieved by working temp job to temp job.  We are currently in the works on a bigger plan for a more gainful endeavor.

I am writing to inform you of the assistance I received from Dan Kusky regarding my job search. Previously I had been employed through Michigan Rehabilitation Services with a customer service position, but because of unforeseen circumstances I could no longer keep the position.  I returned to Michigan Rehabilitation Services hoping to find a job that would work with my new limitations but was informed that I would not be a good candidate for outside employment. However they were able to refer me to Dan Kusky, with the hopes of finding me employable to do work from home. Dan was excellent in answering all of my questions,and quick to return my phone calls or emails. He took the time to come out to the house to verify I had everything I would need to make the job successful. The company that he was able to get me employment through offers extensive training and available 24/7 to offer assistance should the need arise. Should I ever need assistance with employment again, I would definitely go through Dan Kusky again.

Mr. Kusky is an excellent colleague. The quality that stands out for me when I think about Mr. Kusky is that he has genuine integrity.  I have noted that he works with a variety of individuals from various backgrounds and he is always able to be empathetic, professional and encouraging.  He frequently will work diligently to find outside resources for the individuals he works with towards employment.
